Here’s what we’re looking for from you.
Parley Blue coaches are passionate about language learning. If you meet the following requirements, fill out the application below so we can meet you!
You must be a native speaker of the language you wish to teach.
You must have at least an intermediate level of English fluency so you can communicate with beginner students in English.
You must be friendly, positive, and enjoy encouraging students through the ups and downs of learning a language.
You must be on time to your student calls. It’s important to be responsive to students through email and WhatsApp.
You need to be able to have high-quality video calls through Zoom in a quiet space with no distractions. To do this, you’ll need your own laptop or computer with a webcam and high-speed internet.
Languages We Currently Offer
We’re actively hiring for English, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese. We’ll be offering Italian and German soon, plus several others.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate to have tutoring calls with students and to prepare their custom lesson with our software. We also have some full-time openings for the right candidate.

2. If it looks like you’re a fit, we’ll reach out and ask you to prepare a short 60-90 second introduction video.
3. If we’re excited to introduce you to our students and have you join our team after watching your intro video, we’ll schedule a video interview with you to test your internet speeds and explain more about Parley Blue!
